Keep in mind that your guitar isnt slated for completion until SEPT 21st, 2004... its just the natural ebb and flow of the shop.. work comes in fits and starts sometimes as the crafters rotate among the guitars they are working on. The fact that you are waiting with anticipation for every new progress report just injects an artifical urgency into the whole thing By the way, today i saw the actual hardcopy color photographs (Kodak Calibrated Color Matching System) that were printed out from your files, so now the painter has something to use as a reference in the paint room. So probably the paint work will get underway very soon! |

It's not that I'm too impatient - but I'm not sure at the moment how reliable such dates like Shamray posted are. I mean the start of the painting was dated three times without any result. I can understand any suspension - but the facts are a bit untransparent at the moment - so that it is hard to retrace. Maybe I'm too spoiled regarding the first few weeks of progress *g* But well if I can relie on the fact that any progress and pictures will arrive when it happens, then I will teach myself in patience. | |
