Left Hand “KL explorer”- style,  shaped just like an ‘ESP explorer’ set neck guitar (including position of fret board, volume & toggle switch position)  Entire guitar will have oil and wax finish.

-24.75 scale with “ESP” neck profile. Width of neck at the nut 1 5/8"

-headstock thickness to be 5/8”, veneer on the headstock should be 1/16”  - CARVED-FILLETED headstock (see pics)

-Khaya body with bubinga top and headstock cap, with walnut veneers in between the body/ top & headstock/cap

-set neck, with EXTENDED neck tenon, (to reach the beginning of the bridge pickup)   “HOT ROD” truss rod w/hex nut.

-bubinga control cavity cover shaped like KL explorer ones

- special design located at the top of the headstock, done in MOP

-Shamray Custom Shop logo on back of headstock

-Light-colored figured wenge fretboard, 22 frets (‘ESP explorer’ radius ) EBONY truss rod plate

-Black TOM hardware, Black screws and jack plate.

-3 piece laminate neck (mahogany) – with 2 graphite reinforcement rods (one on either side of truss rod)

-black mounting rings, knobs, toggle switch and jack plate. Black toggle switch tip.

-Graphite nut – D’addario EXL 115 strings, set to medium to low action (suitable for drop-B tuning)

-sperzel black 3x3 trim-lok tuners (like the ones on esp les pauls)

-EMG 81/60 pickups

-GREEN fibre optic side markers – BLACK mini switch for turning off lights

-black Dunlop straplocks

-CUSTOM FRETBOARD INLAYS done in MOP – design pending, client will provide artwork
(US$450 fretboard inlay allowance included in quote).
