Congratulations Daniel, on the birth of your new Shamray Custom Shop instrument (serial number CS 0031)! For the curious, here are the specs on CS 0031: Detailed specification of Guitar: CS-0031 ‘DANNE-CASTER’
Bolt-neck original “mutant-tele” style.
Body & neck: Mahogany body... maple neck, (24 ¾” gibson scale length). ’CBS-strat’ headstock.shape. Bone nut
Binding: no binding.
Hardware: Chrome Wilkenson adjustable wraparound bridge. Chrome gotoh machine heads w/metal schaller buttons.
Electronics: Two volume and two tone, three-way switch, 3-way toggle switch (USA).
Knobs: 4 Gibson-style black ‘hat’.
Pickups: two WSC P-90 ( black covers)
Case: molded flight case.
Strings: roundwound ernie ball 10-46
Special: Headstock logo: DANSON in spagetti-logo style, with SHAMRAY CUSTOM SHOP in block lettering “DANNE” engraved on Pearl cartouche inlay @12th fret (Bebb-II style)
Notes: Neck profile “chunky-1958” (slightly fatter than MRW). 10 inch fretboard radius. |

I have not asked Danne about this. Just an idea I have got. Thinking of the CBS strathead. Is that too big so the pre-CBS (Small) headstock would look better? |

Yes they look nice. Just gives me some "bad vibes" because I am thinking of 70´s Stratocasters with 3-bolt neckjoints  But that is not a problem on this guitar. About Colour: Danne is not 100% shure about the yellow in the order. Maybe you got some suggestions for other colours to post in here so he can get some inspiration?? |

The shape on that one we sent to you was Danne´s own "tweaking" in Photoshop. Yes, it´s a Toronado from the beginning, now it´s Danne´s So keep his design, maybe Fender will hire him for designwork later on

Danne and I was down to the train/buss Station to get this guitar and Marcus bass from Mario and his "bandmates". Danne had a big smile from ear to ear when I left him Pictures can´t do Shamray´s instruments any justice at all. Great work!!! |

I think the first picture showes that Danne is quite pleased with his new guitar. It´s really nice with the great "Shamray feel" to every detail. But it doesn´t smell as good as Marcus bass and Gubson Strange!
