Congratulations Paulo, on the birth of your new Shamray Custom Shop instrument (serial number CS 0064)! We will post pictures of it's construction-in-progress from time to time here in this thread. For the curious, here are the specs on CS 0064: CS 0064 PAULO CUSTOM CUSTOM 6-STRING, Baroque styling with bolt on neck Color : Satin Black Lacquer on entire guitar Special: Carved horn details & scoops near cutaways Special: Carved, arched top (violin-style) Material for neck: Mahogany Neck features: Standard (with straight or angled headstock) Material for fretboard: Ebony, with 16 inch radius Frets: Sintoms "6100" (medium tall, AKA "Jumbo") Nut: Graph-tech Fret markers: No fret markers Fretboard binding: unbound fretboard Truss rod cover: triangular plastic Side markers: red LED/fiber-optic side dots w/ contrasting wood bezel Logo: Customers own logo. :$ ohhh Goran don´t say that, yes it will be a damn good looking guitar, but i have seen in this forum your guitars and damn they are awesome also. I am addicted to "weird" design guitars heheeheh. Goran to be honest i am quite anxious to see the guitar done within the next months. If u are to do a guitar like this in the future go on cause the shape of it is so beautiful in my opinion. After shamray has finished the guitar and shipped i am actually thinking in building and order a new one with 7 String and EMG 707.

Yeah exactly same shape but with other finish on body and neck. On this one i really wanted to have it like the original feeling and look in Satin Black. Well Mana is a Japanese J-Rock / goth artist we played in Malice Mizer and now he plays on Moi Dix Mois a J-Rock metal band. It´s cool the sound actually but singed in japanese. I am going home now. Keep posting i´ll reply to u as soon as i get home

your a lucky man paulo, due to shop problems sushkov pretty much built the final 95% of mine and you wont be dissapointed with the outcome. the craftmanship is amasing.... its a bit depressing really im now selling my ibanez due to my shamray, as it hasnt been used in over 2 weeks as it just doesnt feel/play/sound as good as my shamray. and get well soon

Hi Goran and Gary Yes indeed Sushkov is a amazing crafter i loved how your guitar Gary ended in the final... It was so perfect. The MOP shell inlays are beyond words. I have also a ibanez RG7, after i play with the Shamray , the ibanez is going bye bye hehehe. Goran hope u get your guitars soon i understand how the feeling should be... hehehe Well and 4th of January it´s the start of the guitar building and i am so happy

well.., in fact Paulo brought that design to us from ESP japan (who do deserve a little credit for designing it!). But i give Paulo full marks for having us build one for him - like you say, "stepping out" with such an un-traditional electric guitar (if you can call something so rooted in 300-year old styling "untraditional"!) - is indeed a GUTSY move
