Congratulations Kasey, on the birth of your new Shamray Custom Shop guitar (Serial number CS 0016)! We will post pictures of it's construction-in-progress from time to time here in this thread. For the curious, here are the specs on CS 0016: Detailed specification of Guitar: CS-0016 “SHOW-MASTER” Showmaster doublecutaway body shape - Gloss black finish on body AND neck Bolt-on neck, Headstock will be large CBS-style, REVERSE headstock Body & neck: Alder body. Maple neck .Top wood: no top wood (flat top) Fretboard: rosewood with perloid shark-fin inlays, regular plastic side dots Binding: no binding. Hardware: Partsland hardtail bridge, chrome gotoh 6-in-line machine heads. Chrome strap buttons. Black pickguard. Electronics: 3-way toggle switch, master volume, master tone. Partsland large pots, Schaller toggle, Partsland jack, ceramic tone cap, 100% cavity shielding. Knobs: 2 chrome metallic knobs, black toggle switch tip Pickups : 2 WSC Alnico humbuckers, chrome covers.Case: molded plastic flight case. Strings: Ernie Ball roundwound .010 - .046 Special: REVERSE headstock |

unfortunately, the delays of the previous weeks extended into MAY, and we are into the great empty vaccuum of Russian MAY HOLIDAYS (from may 1 - 11)... so for sure nothing will get done on your guitar until next week sometime. I believe we are still waiting to take delivery of the chrome plastic for your pickguard, at least i didn't see any in the shop last week - so that is likely the cause for delay in your case. We have other guitars that are even more overdue than yours, and we are waiting on lots of parts and supplies that have been stuck in customs (or delayed at the manufacturers) for months. It's just impossible to get stuff here sometimes, and even when we pay huge amounts of money to get stuff "expressed" over from the US, we can still end up waiting 2 or 3 months for it. Its MADDENING
