Looks like we've both been looking at the same sources... odds are you'll have most of the pictures I have. If the one in the yellow case is the one I think it is, I was bidding on it when it was on ebay!

Hopefully my guitar isn't in the 'fininshing' stage yet, because I am an indecisive bastard of a person. I've decided (for now heheh) that the 'original' style finish is what I want. Hope you are having a great vacation Michael. |

I just read the comments Spike made about his straplocks, and I think I will opt for the same option. If it is possible to use a smaller, less huge version of straplocks that would be great. I suppose another possiblity would be to recess them, but.... if it is possible just to use smaller ones.... I would rather not mess with the body. | |

regarding strap-locks.. the picture in question is a bit misleading - the 'big round things' are washers that get attached to the strap, not the guitar, and normally they arent really visible when using the guitar (and when you remove the strap, they go with the strap, so the guitar only has the small bits in it). Anyway the "big washers" come with Dunlop strap locks.. the more discrete ones are SCHALLER strap-locks, which i think we should use for your application | ||
