Greco started to indicate "serial number" from 1975. If your guitar was produced before 1975, you need to know production year from "shape of logo type" or "parts itself". Greco's serial number is indicated on the back space of head. Or incase of bolt on neck, it is indicated on neck joint plate. * 3 TYPE OF GRECO Serial number from 1975 1.「Ｋ７７３４ ２２」 K = November (A= January, B= February, C= March etc) 77 = 1977 3422 = production number 2. 「O 4236」 "Super real series" and "mint collections series" have this type of serials. O = 1980 (1= 1981, 2=1982 etc) 4236 = production number 3. 「Ｄ０００５&# 65300;９」 After 1995, Greco guitar has this kind of serial. In this serials, there is no information of production year.
