tanaka-san, they don't send Shorelines to Chicago for finishing, do they? I've read in their web-page that they finish Skyline (Korean) in the USA, but I guess that's because they sell them there and Shorelines they don't. By the way, let me know too - except I need a fretted one |

mmm... attractive price but too much for me for now. Can you keep an eye on the prices please? I'll be glad to test your SL when I'm in Moscow. I think the concept of '94 is just what I need - a JB and a MM together and improved. according to what I hear, the biggest difference between USA and Shoreline and Skyline is that USA is hand made, oriental made are much more automatized. They have a state-of the art factory in Korea too. Maybe the main thing Laklands USA are famous for (since the electronics is the same), is the fretting, and it is hand made in USA and automatically made in Korea but also finished in Chicago. So I wonder how Shorelines are made |

Tanaka-san, I think there are Deluxes in the pictures. It's great but Standard willl suffice. |

Dear Denchiq I am not patriot, and I like Fender, I like Musicman, and I like USA. (maybe complex because we failed to win World War 2). But frankly speaking, I don't think our ESP is worse than american hand craft. I think if ESP use same material, thier wood working is better than Laklan USA. I saw such case many. For example, Tokai and Gibson, Musicman and Musicman EX, Fender USA and Fender Japan. But this is interesting theme. Yes LAKLAND is improved MUSICMAN + FENDER. I have USA vintage Jazzbass and MUSICMAN stinglay, and LAKLAND. You can compare with 3 instruments in my home. Tanaka 8-916-659-2837 |
