Господа, подскажите, пожалуйста, как сделать сброс к заводским настройкам МИДИ контроллера Fishman TriplePlay Express или как перепрошить его? К Fishman TriplePlay Utility вообще перестал подключаться (только бесконечно мигает на этапе загрузки данных контроллера в программу), а к Fishman TriplePlay Host подключается и отображает МИДИ-реакцию на движение некоторых струн, но мигает серийный номер и тип контроллера, не позволяя принудительно обновить прошивку. Переустанавливал Utility и Host, но безрезультатно - значит проблема в самом контроллере (синий огонёк синхронно с ударом по струне мигает, но МИДИ-ноты отправляет только на 2 и 5 струнах, а СС и Pitchbend-ы на 1, 2 и 5-ой).

Thanks for reaching out. Below are instructions on how to REINIT the controller:
Reinitialize the controller:
** Warning- this will wipe the controller. Be sure you have backed up your hardware patches. ***
You could try a "hard reset" but you will lose any hardware patches and sensitivity settings stored in the controller. To back your hardware patches up ( if you created any)
-Open the Tripleplay app and open the patches window. Go to Options>Export Hardware Patches.
From there, power off the TP controller. Hold down the button furthest from the volume knob on the TP controller, and power back on. This will REINIT the controller. You can then import those patches into Tripleplay and your controller.
For TP Connect or Express- Unplug Connect/Express from your device and hold the "down" button in as you connect to the computer. (The button furthest from the pickup wire below the “FISHMAN” text.)
This will return the controller to it’s default state.
You will know that the REINIT is successful when all string sensitivities turn to “8” within the app.
