neck = 3.13k Bridge = 5.75k (DiMarzio catalog) "If you're a serious strat(tm) player, and your sound has to be 100% vintage, you probably won't want to know about anything but true single coils. But even the most dedicated strat-maniac would have to admit there are times when it would be great not to hear 60-cycle hum, and be anle to play a note anywhere on the neck without magnet-pull killing the sustain." With the Cruiser, High harmonics are right where you expect them to be, and the mid-range is open and vocal sounding. The bass strings have a bit more punch, and the twin blades make the pickup sound more even sounding without drop-outs. A great clean/blues pickup for neck, mid and bridge.
